Senior IT Service Manager (Technical Director/Solution Architect)
- Support for ITO operation service delivery project pre-sales solution review
- Responsible for communication, deployment and implementation of IMS&AMS technical solution in operation service delivery project
- Responsible for technical platform architecture transformation and critical technical problem support in project operation delivery
- Responsible for customer's new demand negotiation and realization in project operation delivery
- Responsible for solution and architecture design in compliance with IT industry standard and customer's demands
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and above, profession in Information Technology or related specialty
- At least 10 years of experience from IT industry working experience, be familiar with major ITO solution and architecture design. At least 5 years of experience from Solution Architecture relevant working experience.
- Be familiar with IMS&AMS relevant technical solution design and deployment.
- Acceptable for international long-term assignment and short-term business trip
- Excellent communication skill and team play
- Fluent English communication skill both in listening, oral, reading and writing
- Priority for experience in Global top IT or Consultant Company such as IBM HP (EDS), Accenture, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, etc
- Priority for Cloud operation service delivery experience in Amazon AWS,IBM Soft layer and Microsoft Azure
