IT Operations Manager.
Overview
Senior IT Operation manager will work as a leader of IT Operation team and play a vital role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of IT business run smoothly. He/she will responsible for ensuring that effective methods are put into place so that the company of employment runs to its maximum productivity to secure the business operation and performance requirement in terms of SLA &KPI; To achieve this, he/she should have strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills along with good communication skills. Telco IT experience is preferred.
1. Responsible for monitoring and management of the ITO operation from global MS projects including O&M
2. Responsible for the development of global ITO operation management methodology
3. Responsible for developing O&M Processes, Procedures, Templates, Tools, Regulations, etc. and reinforce its execution
4. Responsible for the routine monitoring of ITO operation & performance management in terms of SLA & KPI
5. Responsible for significant incident/CR management
Immediate report to: Project Director
1. At least 10 years practical experience in IT operation industry
2. Be familiar with O&M management of IT Operators or Managed Services operations of IT vendors. Candidates with Telco experience in managerial level are preferred.
3. At least 3 years large department management experience with good track records
4. Expertise in one or more of the following areas: NOC Operation, Field Operation, Datacenter Operation support services, ITIL, PMP etc.
5. Bachelor's Degree or above in IT field or equivalent
6. Fluent English communication skill (listening, oral, reading and writing)
7. Mature and positive attitude; strong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment
8. Priority for experience in Global top IT or Consultant Company such as IBM,HP(EDS), Accenture, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, etc. and Telco company
