JUNIOR IT support specialist
For one of client based in Neuchatel canton, we are looking for a JUNIOR IT support specialist for a contract of 6 months renewable.
You have experience as an IT 1st and 2 second level support in international environment. You will have communicate and work closely with 3rd level support.
Create and maintain documentation, collaborate with IT department to ensure standards regarding compliance, design and technology.
Your profile
- You have a Computer Science Diploma or similar
- Around 2 years in IT Support & Helpdesk activities
- Experience in international environment
- English and French both fluent
- Adaptable and able to learn new processes and systems
