Role:
Supporting the Digital Program Manager in internal communication within the Program.
Responsibilities & Key Activities:
- Work closely with internal teams and specific affiliates to implement the Digital Ecosystem
- Partner with internal teams to ensure best in class implementation, assuring excellence in execution via great project management to meet the expected results
- Ensure that Affiliates have a clear understanding of the Digital Ecosystem offering and its main associated tools/platforms
- Orchestrate appropriate training and necessary support in coordination with the IT team
- Provide examples and best practices to support local Digital/Business processes, such as content management & Editorial Plan, agency management, traffic drivers and internal stakeholders engagement
- Coordinate multi-affiliate engagement plan
- Assure issue and risk management while coordinating escalation process
Requirements:
- 3-5 year experience in Digital Marketing, preferable in Pharma or in Digital Agency
- Excellent English communication with ability to engage cross-functional audiences
- Experience with Web Platforms, Digital tactics and Digital analytics
- Great team player
- Experience and ability to travel regionally
