Quality Shopping Analyst wanted for our client based in Zurich within the field of Internet/Media.
Your tasks:
- Offering and validating manually reviews to third parties results
- Fixing issues with the provided tools, or reporting issues to follow up with engineering teams
- Improving the quality of our E-commerce service by evaluating shopping search results to identify areas of concern and interest
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to evolve and improve quality and productivity reporting strategies
- Developing and sharing practices for data quality investigation and analysis
Your experience/skills:
- University degree or currently enrolled in university is a plus.
- Capability in performing daily routine jobs
- Relevant experience as a quality operation analyst is preferred
- Good web research and analytical skills
- Interest in online shopping and E-commerce
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken is a must, German and/or Scandinavian languages is a plus
