Risk Business Analyst
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a Risk Business Analyst. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
- Understand and analyze the business cases, write business requirements and propose solutions
- Assist IT in technical design and implementation
- Ensure the IT delivery satisfies the business needs and requirements
- Provide strategic view on the design and project planning
- Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
- Design and implement business processes
- Support testing participants
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- 5+ years experience as Business Analyst in the financial industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Previous business analysis experience in Risk Control
- Familiar with key risk concepts and measures across asset classes
- Good knowledge of IT and banking processes
- Motivated and be able to work independently
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient at MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
