A respected Tier 1 investment banking client are seeking a PMO for a job opportunity in Zürich. The bank itself is undergoing changes within risk management and require a PMO to assist with the planning and scheduling of deliverables.
As the PMO for this bank in Zürich you will be responsible for much of the administrative tasks within the market risk area of the bank. You will be responsible for tracking deliverables, project progress and general reporting of the project. Other PMO duties include taking minutes from meetings and creating slides for presentations so a good knowledge of PowerPoint is important. These coupled with excellent communication skills are a must. On the Project Management side, you will need to chase up and liaise with stakeholders along with looking at dependencies, so again communication and organisation is key.
As the PMO you will come with previous banking experience. Spoken German would be favourable
