Brine SA is currently looking for Process Architect for projects based here in Zurich Switzerland.
Applicants assignment will include the following:
Candidate to participate on creation of logical, physical and detailed service designs of contracted services, to align them with procedure interface manuals and procedures created as part of service management build up. Multiple experience in writing process solutions in English. ITIL expert. ServiceNow used as core service management tool (incident, change, problem, configuration management and request fulfilment)
