German speaking PMO/Project Coordinator banking
Our client, headquartered in Zurich, is an important subsidiary of a global company in the finance industry. We are looking for a Senior German speaking PMO with banking who can start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and provide support on presentations and reports for senior management committees.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses for senior management (eg cost and headcount development, fixed vs. variable cost, corporate centre performance analysis and review)
- Independently drive P&L analyses with focus on cost management
- Involvement in the rolling forecast process and challenge business partners on the underlying assumptions and activities
- Work collaboratively with team members on the monthly financial reporting process and other ad hoc tasks
Skills:
- Over 7 years of experience in PMO and project coordination
- Good understanding of Process Management
- Regulatory background and strong experience
- Clarity OnePPM experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite
- Experienced in communication with stakeholders on different levels
- Experience in managing projects in the banking industry
- Fluent German and English oral and written.
- Experience of working at strategic as well as tactical level delivering Change Management approaches as a PMO in a complex organisation
- Proven ability to communicate with all levels of management in a clear, concise manner
