Program Communications Specialist/Lead
On behalf of our client, a leading global company, we are looking for a Communications Specialist/Lead at Program Level.
For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Description:
- Responsible for delivery of the over-arching culture and communications strategy for the Program
- Drafts all key messages, FAQs, Management announcements, and presentations - sees these through to completion and delivery
- Works face to face with Management Team and key members of staff to provide support for communications efforts in their individual areas
- Responsible for ensuring the communication delivery plan is complete and up-to-date, and for coordinating the preparation materials and delivery as defined in the plan
- Works with the central web team to ensure all latest assets are available via the website
- Works the Program Director to draft and deliver the regular Program updates
Skills:
Essential:
- Over 5 years of experience of running a communications program (planning and coordinating events, defining key messages, managing various delivery channels, managing stakeholders, etc)
- Good experience working in a Communications Programme at global level
- Experience of preparing key communications materials (organization announcements, newsletters, presentations, briefing materials)
- Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as an ability to ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients.
- Excellent spoken and written English
Desired:
- Experience of working in/supporting communications in the Banking industry and/or the Finance function
