Service Coordinator - Configuration Management
Responsibilities
- Experienced Configuration Management consultant/architect
- Design the configuration management service for hosting services in multiple data centres and server rooms
- Logical, physical and detailed designs need to be created by the architect/SME
- Support build up and implement the solution in to the existing environment
- Onboard new countries through the year
Technological Environment
- Infrastructure based mainly on the Microsoft tools (SCCM, SCOM, etc)
- Multiple Platforms support
- Various Middleware
- IBM cloud
