Portfolio Analyst wanted for an international bank in Zurich.
Your tasks:
- Optimising top-down portfolio reviews provide independent validation, optimisation and challenging of proposed business cases
- Using predictive analytics to systematically identify and advising on simplification opportunities across the whole IT portfolio
- Providing an integrated view of financial analysis combined with IT architecture degrees of freedom
- Identifying problems and ensuring that simplification actions do not impair economically profitable businesses
- Categorising business cases into high and low priorities
Your experience/skills:
- University education with research background, preferably in finance, science, or engineering
- Multi-year experience in business analytics, portfolio optimization or research role
- Strong IT skills, proficient user of MS Office programmes, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to understand complex issues and explain them in simple terms
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
