Contract 9 months looking at 1000+ CHF per day Based in Zurich

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ie controlling, preferably within the financial industry or IT industry

Our client is currently seeking a professional Office Move Manager/Relocation Manager - IT literate

You will coordinate the logistics of moving the corporate headquarters with detailed planning and flawless execution.
Manage assets addition/removal/ordering of furniture and special equipment.
Coordinate and track all occupancy changes (desk swap, office layout changes), permanently maintain precise records on CAD system
Assign desks for new hires.
Communicate clearly and professionally with business stakeholders handle general internal queries, clarify concerns and identify solutions.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality with regards to all discussed plans and dealings.
Generate and manage headcount forecasts with extreme accuracy.
Manage suppliers
Compile specific and accurate weekly statistics as well as monthly reports.

Service charge calculations

Workplace evaluation, reporting and benchmarking.

Experience
You must have previous experience within Office Moves.
Proven analytical, statistical reporting and forecasting skills
Ability to read and analyze drawings, plans and schedules
Exposure within an international corporate organization
Awareness of health and safety
Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office tools
Client facing experience in a quality driven environment
You must be educated to a diploma/degree level

Proven track record in move management
Familiar with project management and move management methodology, poss CAD operation

Strong understanding of professional, ethical and legal standards
Experienced in projects from inception to completion
