Next Ventures is urgently seeking an experienced OCM Coordinator IT process rollout
(Identity & Access Management for External Business Partners) for a global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Switzerland.
The Corporate Identity Management (CIDM) project is responsible for implementing the new in-house Identity & Access Management platform (I&AM) across our External Business Partners. This global role will play a key part in helping to embed this important change across our External Business Partners and ensuring a successful roll-out for the platform (in total 35.000 individual users).

Communications and Organisational Change Management (OCM) Coordinator
Purpose
The role will be reporting to the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Program Lead within the I&AM area. The job holder will support the OCM Lead and play a key role in ensuring the CIDM External Business Partners project meet its objectives on time and to budget by increasing the adoption and usage of the new platform by both internal stakeholders and External Business Partners. The focus will be on stakeholder management: Creating, delivering and monitoring the effectiveness of change communications related to the new and changed processes for digital identity handling. The job holder will be expected to use various communication channels and will also identify and support the creation of training materials. The OCM Coordinator will also provide direct support and coaching to various stakeholders as they move through the transition to the new platform. The change coordinator will also support project teams with integrating the change management activities into their project plans.
Existing in-house standards and services for Communications and OCM shall be identified and leveraged as much as possible.
Working language is English. High proficiency in working virtually is essential.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Work with Program OCM Lead to design, adjust and implement OCM and Communication Plans
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
Support communication efforts: design and implement communications
Develop and manage online and social media channels, including content creation and coordination with owners of these global channels
Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops
Identify additional OCM activities that will ensure the success of the project
Assess the change impact - create and manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms, incl. surveys
Support training efforts (which information has to be included for which External Business Partners)
Ready to travel internationally up to 50% of working time at peaks (mainly Madrid, potentially also San Francisco)
Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years' work experience in Change Management of Roll-Out projects
Experience in change projects, and an interest in change methodologies such as Prosci
Relevant commercial experience in a multinational company
Experience in working in IT project implementation projects
Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully on projects
Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with the Google Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with communication skills able to work independently
Nice to Have
University degree in Communication Management preferred
Prosci (as Change methodology) is an asset
