Introduction: Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc.). So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.

Role:Our client is looking for a Project Manager to drive the realization of regulatory requests which impact the Client Tax Reporting (CTR) applications. In particular, it is necessary to coordinate the activities in the area of scoping, requirements engineering, implementation, testing, deployment and organizational rollout.

Tasks:
-A challenging and exciting position within the Private Banking & Wealth Management (PB/WM) Coverage IT
-Manage the change requests and integrate impacts into plans
-Ensure adherence to project management standards
-Plan for execution of all engineering and non-engineering activities within the project by using previous best practices from organization's process asset library
-Identify and manage risks to the project
-Identify and manage issues, ownership and resolutions
-Plan and optimize utilization of allocated project resources
-Manage dependencies with other teams and stakeholders
-Run project status meetings, monitor project progress on regular basis and communicate the project status report to stakeholders
-Manage project quality and ensure quality and consistency of all deliverables and ensure appropriate sign off of deliverables
-Contribute best practices, lessons learnt and measurement data from project to organization's process asset library
-Manage financials (budget and actuals)
-Change request management, tracking of project effort, milestone tracking, tracking of risks, issues and dependencies
-Supporting stakeholder as well as general logistical, process, toolset and administrative support concerning PMO activities

Required Skills:
-Sound background in project management of software delivery Projects
-Strong capabilities in methodologies and tools to perform all project management as well as project management office activities.
-Several years of experience in a similar position and excellent knowledge in Project Man-agement and agile methods (SCRUM/Kanban) as well as RUP and/or CMMI
-Good leadership skills to drive implementation of a defined set of features through all phases (eg requirements engineering, development, testing, go life, organizational rollout).
-Strong skills in stakeholder management
-Practical experience of successful cooperation with offshore partners is beneficial
-Practical experience in state-of-the-art software architecture and good understanding of banking products and experience in reporting or tax are a plus
-Banking know how is of advantage, in particular in the area of private banking
-PMP certification would be nice
-MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint (must)
-Very good communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken)
