Junior Project Manager, Infrastructure, Reinsurance, Contract, Zurich
For our Client, a worldwide Reinsurance Group based in Zurich, Swisslinx is looking for a Junior Project Manager within Infrastructure area (Networking, Telephony and Video).
Your responsibilities:
- Member of the PACE Project Delivery team
- Initiation, planning and implementation of Network, Telephony and other small PACE projects
- Work with the technical staff, management, providers, consultants and vendors to ensure all projects are tracked and delivered to the expected quality standards
- Maintain telephony/Network documentation
- Coordination with various vendors
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking to find the best candidates with the following profile:
- End to end Project Management of Office Location projects
- Proven IP Networking experience in Project Management roles (3+ years preferred)
- Proven IPT/VoIP experience in Project Management roles (1+ years preferred)
- Experience with Project Manager roles is advantageous
- Ability to define and execute projects with little supervision and according to a given framework
- Ability to define and structure business cases
- Experience in customer/client facing roles is advantageous
- Experience in handling multiple vendors is advantageous
- Proven experience in outsourcing environments
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment, working daily with multiple remote sites
- Experience with technical documentation specification, review and updates - in English
- ITIL knowledge
- Microsoft Suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Pragmatic and hands-on personality, able to deliver to high quality standards and under time pressure
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
