ServiceNow Business Analyst (Contract, Zurich)
For our client, a client with global headquarters in Zurich, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent
In this challenging contract position, you will be responsible for assisting on multiple work packages while liaising with the ServiceNow project team, country leads, multiple supplier representatives and on- & off-shore development teams.
You will run interactive design-build-demo cycles and provide oversight with offshore test teams, you will produce reports and work with project managers and other stakeholders.
This is a contract position in Zurich.
The start date is ASAP.
The contract duration is 12 months.
The project language is English.
For this challenging role we are searching for a ServiceNow Business Analyst with experience in at least one ServiceNow delivery, as well as experience of service management implementation/transformation programmes, also with other tools (BMC Remedy, HP SM ). You are familiar with solution design for enterprise scale and are not afraid of taking ownership for core ServiceNow module delivery.
