For a 5 month project with our client in Lausanne, we are looking ASAP for a Solution Design Specialist.
Design the integration between SAP HR/PY and the Cost Center Budgeting tool in the SFIN/BPC project. The main tasks will be:
. To capture the integration requirements between the solutions.
. Understand the existing logic and integration developed in Employee Cost Reporting solution between SAP HR/PY and SAP BW and what has to be improved in the development of the new extractor for the Cost Center Budgeting tool.
. Design the logic to extract the information needed from SAP HR and SAP PY and deliver it to the Cost Center Budgeting tool (SAP BPC on BW).
. Identify what logic could have to be implemented in the Cost Center Budget tool to get the same functionality existing in the Employee Cost Reporting solution (that will be decomissed with the SFIN/BPC project).
. Identify the required roles.
. Design the roles.
. Define the functional specs for the required developments and roles.
. Manage the development cycle with the SFIN/BPC project teams (including developing teams on-site and off-shore).
. Test the developments.
. Manage the developments according to the SFIN/BPC project timelines.
. Support the integration of the functionalities delivered to the Cost Center Budgeting tool.
. Support the requirement to provide SAP HR/PY data for a Cost Center Budgeting tool to execute the budgeting process in SFIN.
. Project management capabilities to deal with different teams on-site/off-shore and to deliver in tight timelines
. Strong SAP HR (Personal Administration) and SAP Payroll skills (payroll clusters, retroactivity, posting to finance in detail) and functional knowledge of SAP BW.
