Change Management and Communication Manager with Google Drive experience

We are currently recruiting for a Communications Manager

The IT capabilities and platforms are radically changing within our client's organization. The Collaboration and Mobility organization takes overall responsibility to effectively introduce a number of changes around communication and collaboration to the broader organization through impactful change management communications.

In this role, you will work with the Enterprise Collaboration team, who is responsible for the deployment and adoption of Google Drive and you will report into the Head of Enterprise Collaboration.

Your main responsibilities are:
Leading the development of different, targeted campaigns and materials for Google Drive adoption. A technical/IT background is not required
Ensure that the adoption concept and milestones are considered in project plan, deliverables and timelines.
Drive awareness and increase usage towards Google Drive with differentiated messages and benefits as we move away from Legacy file systems
Develop compelling messaging and material through slide and graphics design to be used for the broader organizational alignment and engagement with internal stakeholders
In collaboration with the OCM Lead, ensure governance standards are maintained across a broad stakeholder group
Drive the change into the organization in partnership with functional and regional stakeholders and in alignment with the overarching change management plan

Requirements:
5+ years' experience in Communications as a Communications Manager, Writer or Editor with strong writing and message development skills
Being familiar with google suite especially google drive as a must have
Strong creativity skills with an ability to create compelling, simple messages, graphics, with very good presentation and communication skill
Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across functional teams and stakeholders in developing a common vision of success
Ability to build relationships across a complex stakeholder landscape and effectively operate in a highly regulated technical environment
Willingness and ability to work across time zones with regular meetings, and broad cultural awareness and ability to work in a diverse team and organizational environment
Fluent English speaking and outstanding written skills

You must be able to start by latest 16th November 2015.
