For a three months project at our banking client based in Zurich we look for an experienced

Senior HR Support - Private Banking (3293)

In the HR Business Partner area for Private Banking, Wealth Management and Shared Services IT to work closely with the Senior HR BP in advising the global IT client base during the HR year-end processes and beyond.

You Offer

  • Appropriate economical education as well as relevant HR experience, preferably within the global financial industry or similar relevant experience from a global consultancy
  • Combined highly analytical and persuasion skills with a comfort and flexibility level to work with all levels of the organization including the senior management
  • Ability to quickly establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, key stakeholders and clients
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic and analytical perspective and ability to understand business strategy and HR implications
  • Hands-on mentality and a self-starter attitude with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Pragmatic, mature personality who can deal with ambiguity, tight deadlines and high work load
  • Proficiency with MS Office technologies (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English, German a plus

Your responsibilities

  • Support the global HRBP in all aspects of HR work with a focus on year end compensation review, promotion and performance management
  • Opportunity to gain insight into full HR book of work in a global, fast moving financial services organization
  • Supporting, coaching and advising Line Managers in individual HR cases
  • Proactively partnering with global HRBP colleagues in Zürich, London, New York, Singapore, Poland and India as well as SME functions (eg global compensation management) to reflect and solve client needs
  • Anticipating critical HR related problems and issues and applying expert knowledge of HR Programs in close collaboration with the global HRBP team
  • Possibility to participate in other HR projects
