For our banking client based in Zurich we are currently looking for a Project Manager with experience with legal affairs.
Location: Zurich
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (extension possible)
Languages: English
The bank is planning to change their HR systems and need support for negotiation with contracts and liaising with legal and 3rd parties.
Project management activities and content supervision for:
- Regulatory procedures around Data Protection/cross-border data access & transfers (emphasis on Europe, but multiple other jurisdictions are also relevant)
- Employee consent forms/waivers where needed
- Regulatory procedures around Outsourcing (financial regulators, with the emphasis on APAC)
- Ensuring that appropriate (intragroup) contracts are in place to support the post system integration situation.
This includes:
- Initiating and maintaining contacts with internal and external counsel world-wide to progress regulatory procedures
- Drafting relevant documents (eg internal agreements, employee consent forms) in close co-operation with internal counsel and others.
- Maintaining a library of relevant documentation
- Monitoring, driving forward and recording progress on regulatory procedures
- Reporting progress to program management, and alerting program management to any regulatory risks to program milestones
Required Skills/Experience:
Essential:
Experience dealing with complex issues in international environments, including regulatory complexity
Experience in putting contracts in place in complex (international) environments
