One of the world's leading Systems Integrator's is looking for a Cisco Unified communications specialist to join their team. The role is based in Zurich, Switzerland and will last 12 months.Role description
- Works as part of Services on global Cisco Unified Communication operations, support and projects
- Provide consulting and other expert services as well as resolutions for difficult complex problems
- Primary working area is large enterprise Cisco Voice solutions, but additionally involvement in Cisco Video & Conferencing is intended.
- Provide successful high quality technical consulting, design, planning and implementation
- Act as problem coordinator or specialist to analyse root causes and plan appropriate actions to prevent re-occurrence
- CCNP Voice certification (or CCIE Voice/CCIE Collaboration)
- In depth working experience in Cisco Unified Communications consulting, projects and service
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Fluent in German.
