Customer Experience Communications Specialist (f/m/d) - Jouralism/analytical/planning/social media/German

Project: For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly qualified Customer Experience Communications Specialist

Background:
The Customer Experience (CX) Communications Specialist has the remit to plan, implement, and measure integrated communication concepts, content and tactics that drive business objectives in the Customer Experience and Solution Design (CXSD) team in Roche Diagnostics Solution. CXSD enables its customers to deliver a unique experience to patients by driving customer experience approaches and by designing and integrating diagnostic solutions that address pressing healthcare challenges.
As a CX Comms Specialist, you'll work closely with the CXSD Comms Lead and a creative and fast-moving team to coordinate and create campaigns and multimedia content that solves customer problems. The communications you create will help internal and external stakeholders to understand how we can scale the CX topic in Diagnostics.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
. Co-develop and deliver integrated communications concepts and campaigns
. Work with the Communications Lead to develop integrated communication planning, including metrics.
. Apply knowledge of communication insights; metrics and decision principles to tailor communications tactics.
. Leverage multiple data sources to provide data-driven analysis and content recommendations, with a commitment towards continuous improvement of the customer experience
. Continue iterating on, testing, and optimising content to help uncover the most successful approaches.
. Establish effective collaboration relationship at all levels within CXSD
. Align with design leads and UX leads on identifying and communicating success stories
. Develop messaging around various topics of design and customer experience
. Drive internal & external communication programs, initiatives and events
. Support the further development of communication tools and channels that help engage and inspire internal and external stakeholders to be active ambassadors for Roche customer experience
. Plan Roche News and manage internal & external social media
. Continuously improving the communication process by keeping the communication dashboard on Monday tool up to date
. Permanently optimizes processes in order to increase quality and efficiency standards

Must Haves:
. Minimum Bachelor degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Masters preferred
. 5 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in healthcare/HealthTech/technology
. Experience in driving communications activities, planning and executing communications campaigns
. Experience in producing, managing and coordinating all types of content and in using technology, digital tools and data to prepare, measure, analyse and make recommendations for content, including metrics
. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make recommendations based on the results/data
. Good knowledge of Google suite and of editorial digital tools related to communications
. Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must, German is a plus
. Demonstrated excellent assessment and objective evaluation skills, with an ability to comprehend and translate complex topics into manageable pieces and messages
. Demonstrated strong ability to collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed organisation
. A clear thinker: with an interest in healthcare/diagnostics industry and ability to apply communications methods to develop and plan communications activities support strategic plans and approaches
. Excellent organisational and planning agility and active listening skills, strong ability to extract and quickly process key information, summarise key needs or interests of stakeholders and provide respective communications insights and recommendations
. Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills: proven track record of building strong and sustainable relationships with stakeholders
. Effective influencing skills: consistently optimise results through skillful collaboration with others, influencing without authority
. High self-motivation: able to thrive in a non-hierarchical, self-organising environment, where teams form around projects and initiatives
