Program Manager vacancy requiring profound Digital Marketing and Web Management knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company.Your tasks:
- Cooperating with Marketing, PR, Product and Legal, driving the execution of website redesign and key Marketing initiatives
- Reaching alignment and managing rounds of approvals for updating the website
- Coordinating with two external specialised vendors content management, analytics and UX audits on the website, which includes Agency Management, Productions Operation
- Implementing, tracking and prioritising project roadmaps and schedules for specific initiatives, removing roadblocks, identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans
- Providing clear communication to cross-functional teams and senior management regarding status of projects like proposals, roadmaps, potential blockers and issues as well as prioritisation
Your experience/knowledge:
- 5+ years of work experience in a program management or operations role
- Expertise in working on website management and digital marketing
- Proficiency in establishing relationships, managing consensus and working internally and externally at all organisational levels
- Experience working in a marketing agency with website management/website analytics is desired
