UX Researcher vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the technological sector.
Your tasks:
- Supporting the company's research activities in developing innovative, user-friendly products
- Conducting independent research on multiple aspects of how users engage with novel products and experiences
- Collaborating with senior UX researchers while managing stakeholder requests
- Collecting and analysing user behavior via qualitative and quantitative methods, such as usability studies, literature reviews, interviews, and surveys
- Working with designers, product managers, engineers and research managers to prioritize research opportunities
- Evangelizing research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations
Your experience/knowledge:
- Expertise with a range of research methods, especially interviews and surveys
- Strong understanding of strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase
- University Degree in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, HCI/Computer Science, or other fields emphasizing human behavior, or related work experience
Your soft skills:
- Detail-oriented and ability to work independently on a variety of tasks
- Strong oral and written communication skills
