Duration: initially until the end of the year

Location: Bern, 25% onside work required

Tasks:

• Support the Publishing Group:
• Publishing
  • Publish submission packages with Insight Publisher
  • Validation of Published Output (Lorenz Validator)
• Hyperlinking:
  • Setting of external and internal Hyperlinks using PDF Toolbox
  • Perform QA of Hyperlinks
• MS Word template adjustments
  • re-format word documents to apply a header and footer in Documentum

Requirements:

• Experience with the structure and content of an eCTD Dossier to ease the Hyperlinking Process
• Experience with an eCTD Lifecycle
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs within an international company would be a strong asset
• Experience with Insight Publisher, PDF Toolbox, Validation Tools is an advantage and Documentum
• Experience with different eCTD Markets (EU, GB, CH, US, GCC etc.) would be a strong asset
• Microsoft Office Skills proficiency
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Word, like Styles and their modifications and applications, Header/Footer tools
    • Liquent SmartDesk is optional but desired
    • Template design and implementation in MS Word
    • Experience with eDMS (like Documentum or D2)
  • Fluent in English
  • University degree or relevant work experience of minimum 3 years.
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail, as well as strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently
