Software Engineer vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.
Your tasks:
- Designing and building a web application to support the detection and protection of confidential data
- Developing compelling and intuitive user interfaces and leveraging technologies like React and NodeJS to implement solutions
- Utilising agile processes, modern CI/CD framework, and state-of-the art cloud environments
- Working in a global team of data experts and delivering solutions to be used across the company
Your experience/knowledge:
- 8+ years of experience in development projects for larger enterprises
- Know-how of efficient UI design and development
- Adept at working with different UI/UX design and dev platforms
- Proficient with single-page application architectures as well as in developing for cloud platforms
- Proven ability to work in an agile development environment
- Deep understanding of CI/CD development approaches, continuous development and container based development
- Background in building and deploying applications in the context of a larger organization, preferably in the financial space
