Communications Specialist vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
Your tasks:
- Supporting and coordinating the production of client letters and related enclosures
- Advising internal stakeholders regarding client communication and guiding them through the production process, supporting documents and guidelines
- Verifying tone of voice and layout of client letters and related enclosures such as brochures, fact sheets, forms according to CI/CD guidelines
- Editing texts in English and German
- Producing mass mailings including various language versions by coordinating the production with internal stakeholders as well as external providers such as translation agencies and proofreaders
- Managing client letter templates including the address data base and maintaining the terminology database Requirements
Your experience/knowledge:
- Work experience in the financial industry or the client communications business
- Solid knowledge of methodologies for showing, promoting and selling products or services
- Know-how of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods
- University degree in communications, linguistics, banking, finance or economics
- Languages: English and German fluent in written and spoken, additional languages such as French, Italian or Spanish are an asset
