Job Title: Expert EngineeringFor the clients ambitious drug delivery device programs reflecting their current and future portfolio needs, they are seeking a talented engineer for the development and LCM of medical devices.
Your Responsibilities:
* Support the technical development and life-cycle management of safe and user-friendly drug delivery devices mainly Needle Safety Devices and Inhalers as Expert Engineering.
* Generate Design Controls documentation while contributing to a high-quality Design History File (DHF). Author and Reviewer of DHF documents. Ensure quality and compliance to applicable regulations of the DHF elements of the assigned projects
* Ensure device design development in compliance with the regulations and delivered at a high quality
* Work within and contribute to broader cross?functional drug product development teams.
Minimum requirements:
* MSc/MA in mechanical engineering or relevant field
Ideally understanding of the current drug delivery technologies.
* Experience in Product Design and Design for Manufacturing including general understanding of Human Factors Engineering and Risk management
* Autonomous and independent working style with at least 3 years of experience in Medical Device development.
* Ability to interact with cross functional team in matrix organization.
* Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence as well as ability to navigate into complex organization and create networks.
* Proficient spoken communication and excellent technical writing skills in English (e.g., Design Controls)
