Digital Designer - Adobe Creative Cloud: Indesign / Photoshop / Illustrator / XD / Adobe Acrobat Prof /After Effects / Premiere
Role:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a Digital Designer, collaborative
and inspiring individual to join the Global Digital Marketing team. As Digital Designer you have the
opportunity to contribute to key global digital marketing initiatives for all Roche Diagnostics Solutions
(RDS), key regions and affiliates.
Areas of responsibility:
* Design Framework and Brand Design Responsibility: design, develop, update and publish visuals,
graphics, iconography, layouts, templates, 2D animations, etc based on product and group brand design
guidance
* Develop and maintain guidelines, provide tools and direction to internal stakeholders and external
agencies, and manage project timelines, expenses and measurement.
* Work alongside other marketers and communicators to develop design strategies that educate and
engage our audience
* Drives adoption of digital best practices across RDS and beyond.
* Keeps informed and shares digital marketing design trends to drive continuous improvement.
* Leads or participates in Squads and partnership with the M&CI Solution Marketing Team and outside
agencies to execute digital marketing activities specifically in the aspect of brand / design planning,
audience specific prioritization, A/B testing and analytics, channel management.
Professional and technical requirements:
* Excellent design and professional design software skills: Adobe Creative Cloud: Indesign / Photoshop /
Illustrator / XD / Adobe Acrobat Prof / After Effects / Premiere
* Minimum 5 years of experience in digital design execution and management with proven responsibility
in own finished projects
* Proven track record of successful Design/Ux campaign understanding, implementation and execution,
agency background is a plus
* Proven track record in successful design integration within end-to-end management of digital channels
* Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing in English, good moderation and presentation skills
* Able to manage different projects at the same time
* Able to identify and professionally manage stakeholders (diplomatic and political skill)
* Bachelor's degree or commensurate years of experience in Digital Design, Visual Communication, Brand
Design and/or UX/UI Design
Nice to Haves:
* Experience in the Medical Device or Diagnostic industry preferred, experience in affiliate or regional
entities is a plus
* Experience directly leading campaigns with state of the art design/brand element and analytics
reporting with demonstrated track record of success
* Global work experience effectively working with different cultures across global, regional and local
teams to meet needs and deliver successful programs
* Strong project management experience with complex international cross-functional team projects in an
AGILE environment
* Experienced in working in self organised, empowered and independent teams, like Squads, Community
of Practice and Networks
