User Experience Researcher vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.Your experience/skills:
- Affinity for general research and user research methodologies
- Strengths include being detail-oriented and the ability to work independently on a variety of tasks
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- M.A. or M.S in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, HCI, Computer or a comparable field with focusing on human behavior or related work experience
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Conducting independent research on numerous aspects of how users engage with novel products and experiences
- Collecting and analysing user behavior through qualitative and quantitative methods like usability studies, interviews and surveys
- Cooperating with designers, product managers, engineers and research managers
- Prioritising research opportunities in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
- Evangelising research findings to diverse audiences via written reports and oral presentations
