Beschreibung

Senior HR Transformation Change Management & Communication Consultant (Workday Deployment) vacancy for a globally operating Baden based company in the technology sector.
Your experience/skills:
  • Experience in global, multi country programs with extensive E2E practice from large-scale Workday deployments or comparable HR SaaS projects
  • Proficiency in the HR domains, especially HR Core, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Payroll, Recruiting and Reporting, preferably with strong Workday functional knowledge
  • Expertise in change management including change management plans strategy, stakeholder management, change impact assessment, business readiness and adoption, training needs analysis and business case realisation
  • Capability of preparing presentations, articles web content, proving strong communication skills
  • Background in deploying change in collaboration with a global change network including coaching change agents
  • Familiarity with transitioning to a new target operating model and setting up post-go-live support organisation
  • Knowhow of Digital Adoption Platforms such as WalkMe is a plus
  • Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Fulfilling the roles of Senior HR Transformation Change Management and Communication Consultant
  • Leading change management including setting up global change management plans and executing change management strategy
  • Supporting the Workday-based HR transformation and providing change impact assessment
  • Maintaining stakeholder management across all levels
  • Driving the transition to the new target operating model and setting up post-go-live support
  • Ensuring training and communication related to the Workday-based HR transformation
