Beschreibung

Communications Manager vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your experience/skills:
  • Prior working experience as a Communications Manager with practice in strategic change communications planning and delivery
  • Expertise in building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure coordination and alignment of consistent global communications strategies
  • Ability to direct and prioritise multiple efforts and guide the priorities of others across various projects and regions
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills along with proficiency in content creation/production
  • Background in the pharma industry and with WORKDAY transformations is preferred
  • Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Leading the development and overseeing the implementation of strategic communications plans to support enterprise-wide HR change programs
  • Assessing the business requirements and applying best practice storytelling communications solutions to support the change
  • Developing and implementing communications plans for the launch and adoption of capability, process and technology changes
  • Identifying reputational opportunity, emerging issues and risks while developing scenario and mitigation plans addressing a cross-functional team
  • Achieving enterprise-wide change through consulting with program leaders to lead the development of our global communications strategy as well as through positive employee engagement and experience
  • Preparing highly specialized communications such as speeches, experiential-events, news releases, presentations, web and social media content, articles and toolkits that support the change communications strategies
  • Ensuring channel management, content, tone and style is aligned with corporate brand strategies
