Software Engineer vacancy requiring profound C++ knowledge for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your tasks:
- Being responsible for all phases of software development including feasibility studies, design, development, testing and bug fixing
- Cooperating with internal framework manufacturers and within the Scrum-Teams
- Defining software architecture, design and specifications, based on requirements and models
- Contributing to the definition of work packages, their estimation and planning in a sprint-based agile environment
- Following a software development process by creating written deliverables and documentation
Your experience/knowledge:
- 5+ years of practical experience as a Software Developer/Engineer within the medical device or regulated industry
- Expertise developing applications in C++, at least 3 years of working with version 11 or above
- Proficiency with Linux plus experience with Linux Dockers
- Knowhow in basic scripting and RabbitMQ would be a plus
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical related field

- Team player with excellent communication skills and flexibility
- Ability to write good documentation and bring the product to its conclusion
