Are you an experienced Vue.js Tech Lead (m/w/d) looking for a new project? As one of the number one supplier in the technology branch we are currently looking for an experienced Vue.js Tech Lead (m/w/d) ASAP.Tasks & Responsibilities
- Coach guide and develop team in their daily tasks and collaborate with other SI development teams.
- Write strong coding guidelines for the team and remain accountable for code quality which will be delivered (through coding guideline, code reviews, automated controls in DevOps pipelines).
- Set-up unit testing strategy and implement it.
- Set-up overall Front-end architecture, validate Hardware requirements aligned with non-technical requirements (resilience, performances, security) for both Dev, integration, testing and PROD environments.
- Drive Business and IT Business Analyst to take into account technical constraint, and reach consensus on the target vision of the solution.
- Write technical specifications.
- Perform code reviews.
Required skills
- Proven experience in a Tech Lead Role in modern Web Application Development (Vue,js / Angular / React).
- Knowledge of Banking sector, especially Private Banking processes (and more specifically Client data related processes such as Client Data administration, CRM...) is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in setting up development environments, DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps experience preferred.
- Proven Experience in Git PR process, leading code reviews and ensuring that nonfunctional requirements and coding guidelines are enforced by development team.
- Ability to question end-to-end rendering of a screen and highlight potential risks related to its end-to-end design with state of the art practices (splitting information into several widgets, optimize overall user's experience through technical tricks like progressive rendering...) and drive business and IT Business Analysts to factor in Technical constraints into the design.
- Ability to summarize a situation and communicate status and risks to a program manager
- Ability to negotiate technical topics with PM, architects and to analyze, propose options and reach to a decision.
- Self-starter and ability to work under tight deadlines
- French / English written and spoken
