Projektmanager (Digital Wealth Platform) (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Fully responsible for the delivery of various project epics from analysis to implementation
- Elaboration of subject-related issues and deep analysis of requirements
- Independently develop proposals and solutions for complex business issues in consultation with all parties (e.g. Stammdatenmutation, FrontEnd Flows, Performance Reporting)
- Collaborating with stream-leads to define, prioritize, and develop tasks
- Support / observe Stream-Leads with regard to their deliverables
- Create and track feature list, define business acceptance criteria and testcases
Main qualifications
- University degree (ETH, University of Applied Sciences, etc.) in economics, process design, information technology, business informatics or similar
- Independent, solution-oriented, high quality awareness as well as abstract and logical thinking skills
- Broad finance and pension know-how; in-depth understanding of asset classes (e.g. equities, money market, mortgages, FX) and the Swiss pension system
- Technical affinity and understanding of software development processes
- Profound knowledge of agile project methodologies; ability to write user stories and to further coach team members in using agile tools and best practices
- Skilled in optimizing processes and setting up ideal work-conditions (tools, templates)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and profound German and English skills
