Data Engineer
Are you an experienced Data Engineer with strong python software engineering experience and strong experience with relational data models and SQL? You also have strong experience with Spark, Azure Data Factory, Power BI (Business Intelligence), and Delta Lake Tables. Are an experienced data engineer where less experienced engineers can come for coaching and advice. Then this could be your chance!
You will work in a scrum team and collaborate effectively with other engineers, the scrum master and product owner. You will be responsible for writing clean code in Python utilizing Spark that solves difficult problems appropriately. You will also be reviewing other team members' codes and coaching them accordingly. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to work on design topics and work on other components that interact with data processing pipelines.
You will join a centrally located team in Zurich, Switzerland and have the chance to work in a professional and international team. The team values in person collaboration you will have to be available to be onsite. Naturally, you need to have excellent communication, coaching, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
