For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Data Analytics Engineer – Java / Kafka / Tableau (80-100%)
In this exciting role, you will be in the position to actively drive the data analytics roadmap for the bank's financial messaging service.
Your Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience in a data engineering role
- Strong skills in the design and implementation of data analytics solutions across the entire processing pipeline
- Very good know-how in Data Modeling plus Data Sourcing with Java connector and Kafka
- Well-versed in Data Storage with HDFS
- Profound Data Analytics skills with Tableau and Qlik
- Track-record of having implemented production-grade analytics solutions
- Experience with SWIFT message formats (ISO15022, ISO20022) is a plus
- Proactive team player with excellent communication and analytical skills
- Fluent in English, German is an asset
Your Responsibilities:
- Elicitation and preparation of tech requirement, design, and specification documents for an MVP together with the ISO20022 CBPR+ program and the SWIFT messaging engineering and business teams
- Implementation of the above solution using internally provided platforms like Kafka, HDFS, Qlik, and Tableau
