User onboarding and provisioning Engineer vacancy for a globally operating Baar based company in the trading sector.Your tasks:
- Managing onboarding, offboarding and move changes of users including the creation and migration of user accounts, desk setup and mobile device configuration
- Involving end user in the IT equipment handover and sign-off as well as providing training sessions via remote or small classes
- Being responsible for asset management of all IT hardware and keeping the inventory up to date
- Participating in Service Desk projects like ITAM solutions or the replacement of Service Desk tools
- Collaborating with the IT and business teams to develop optimal onboarding solutions
- Communicating with the stakeholders about application and third party software account and access creation
Your experience/knowledge:
- 3+ years of user IT experience with expertise in onboarding and user training
- Advanced knowledge of MS SCCM, O365, PC and Desktop Builds, Windows 10, and Market Data
- Familiarity with user account management using Microsoft Active Directory also managing mailboxes with Microsoft Exchange
- Well versed with Service Desk ITSM Tools like Jira or Cherwell plus mobile iOS knowledge
- Solid understanding of creating VDIs with Citrix and vSphere
- Academic degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
