Suchmandat: Scrum Master (m/w/d)Erstellt durch Nigel Frank International
Für einen namenhaften Kunden benötige ich zeitnah/asap einen Scrum Master, der über Kenntnisse aus dem Azure Stack verfügt. Das Mandat ist auf 6 Monate ausgelegt und soll anschließend mindestens um weitere 6 Monate verlängert werden. Die Auslastung wir mit einer 100% Kapazität deklariert und findet in Remote statt.
Responsibilities:
- Manages initiatives across development teams and ensures blockers are surfaced and resolved
- Facilitates the execution of Scrum and "scrum of scrum" ceremonies (e.g. planning, grooming, demos, retros) for
development teams
- Resolves process issues and coordination related issues for teams to ensure smooth execution
- Drive consistent practices across the regions
- Identify the differences between short- and long-term benefits to drive shared team vision
- Be the teams health meter, verifying the commitments, pace and quality are on track
Capabilities:
- Expert experience executing Agile / scrum / Kanban processes at scale
- General understanding of technologies and tooling (e.g. Azure stack, PowerBI, Master Data Management
(Profisee))
- Expert working with Agile tooling (e.g. Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with engineering KPI metrics and reporting practices
- Experience with large-scale software delivery and/or large-scale Agile transformations for large organizations
- Team management and leadership skills to ensure Agile best practices are observed around communication and
delivery practices
- Create a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency and trust across the team
- Scrum certified
