Ihre Aufgaben:Improving and adapting the setup
Configuring Atlassian products to meet changing requirements
Integrating Atlassian tools with other applications
Advising and supporting the service owner and Jira/Confluence team on service enhancements
Train the AWS and Jira/Confluence team on Atlassian specific concepts and configurations
Troubleshoot issues by evaluating logs
Ihr Profil:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations & supportX
Experience in the Atlassian software suite (Jira, Confluence)
Broad knowledge in Atlassian application administration
Technical mastery of Jira and Confluence
Good knowledge of Ansible orchestrated, as well as PostgreSQL is your database of choice
Experience with web servers and Java setup and troubleshooting, preferably Atlassian system
Experience with international teams
Very good English skills
