We are developing a baby monitoring system with camera, display and audio components.The whole system is based on an Android environment and all data is transferred via WIFI and Bluetooth.
In all these areas we need a developer to join an existing project and solve the existing problems and implement new features.
The "ideal" developer have following skills:
Required Experience:
• 7+ years of experience developing and maintaining an existing C Code base for Embedded Linux and Android Kernel projects with strong understanding of Linux Kernel development environments for embedded hardware
• 5+ years of experience with embedded hardware solutions including custom hardware products
• 5+ years of experience with adapting Linux drivers for specific motherboards such as for custom IoT solutions
• 3+ years of experience with U-Boot boot loader
• 3+ years of experience with WiFi and Bluetooth drivers for embedded hardware including optimization troubleshooting and low-level debugging
• 3+ years of experience with ADB/GDB debugging
• Good communication and presentation skills (English)
Nice to have Experience:
• 2+ years of experience with camera sensors and image processing
• 2+ years of experience with C++ and Java development
• 2+ years of experience with Python development
• 2+ years of exposure to Android Mobile development environments
