Infra IT Windows support engineer

Location: Zurich
Experience: 4 to 5 years of Experience.
Requirement:
• Min 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Providing 2nd and 3rd Level support to end users
• Ensuring all IT Systems are available and meet client requirements.
• Day to day support of Microsoft windows Server , MS Products (Windows 7 and 10, Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, ISA Server)
• Day-to-day Microsoft Windows Server platforms and products (Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix, VMWare, Windows Clusters, Nutanix)
• Maintaining logical and physical security measures where appropriate.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining systems both hardware and software.
• Able to work with both technical and those with limited understanding of technical concepts
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to manage multiple change work streams, often across many technologies
• Strong accountability and results-oriented, with ability to set priorities independently, provide follow-through, and meet objectives
• Understanding of ITIL v3 processes and functions
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: Up to CHF250.00 per day
