HR Specialist vacancy for a globally operating Baden based company in the technological sector.Your tasks:
- Owning the recruitment processes for Early Talent including candidate selection, communication, interviews, reference checks and offer negotiations
- Establishing a Talent Acquisition concept for Early Talent and advocating for internal talent advancement opportunities
- Cooperating with HR business partners to understand current talent acquisition challenges along with building up external talent pipelines with our active sourcing team
- Advising managers on talent acquisition processes and actively contributing to further improvement projects
Your experience/knowledge:
- Background in full life-cycle recruitment and Employer Branding
- Experience in an industrial environment and in an internationally operating company desired
- Proficient user of application tracking tools
- Fluent in German and English
- Bachelor's, Master's degree or equivalent, ideally with a focus on Economics, Psychology, HR or similar

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment along with strong networking and communication skills
