For our client based in Bonaduz, Michael Bailey Associates is currently looking to hire a Software Engineer with experience in the GUI AND C++.This is a permanent position.
Tasks:
You will specify, analyze (architecture and design), implement and test software for the GUI of their products using the latest methods (Model-Driven Development) and tools (IBM Rhapsody, WindRiver VxWorks) in the Programming language C ++.
You will be a part of a larger team consisting of employees with a wide variety of backgrounds, ways of thinking and expertise. You will work closely with developers from the software team, but also with stakeholders from various departments such as UI design, product management and production.
Your experience and skills:
- Completed degree in computer science or comparable qualification (university / technical college)
- Experience with C ++ (object-oriented programming)
- Software analysis and design with UML
- Experience in GUI development
- Independent and careful work
- Motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics
- Good knowledge of German and English
Experience is also an advantage:
- with VxWorks (including WindML Framework)
- with the testing framework Cantata
- in the areas of software architecture and requirements engineering
- in use of the IBM Rhapsody development environment
- in the coordination of work between teams and individual developers
