Source Group are working with a Large Bank in Switzerland who are looking to hire a Senior Freelance .Net Developer. This is a long term project, with work planned until 2023.The Senior developer will support the Risk IT team with IT / software development topics proving full stack development experience, business knowledge and experience with technologies (OpenShift, microservices, Kafka, SQL). We are looking for someone driven for the role able to pick-up things easily.
Responsibilities:
- As part of the Risk IT team, contribute to the continued development of the Risk IT system stack into an agile architecture based on small loosely coupled services, in line with the longer-term IT strategy for banking services
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with full stack development using technologies such as: C# and .Net. The focus will be on back-end development.
- Proven business knowledge and experience - around 5+ years of experience spent within a business environment (ideal banking sector) with exposure to the following areas: Risk Management, Security, financial instruments, and measurements
- Experience with technologies such as: OpenShift and Microservices
- Experience with Kafka
- Experience with working with databases (SQL)
