For an exciting Project, we are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to augment an existing team working on a strategic, international program to help develop the future Workplace of a global player with Swiss roots.Aufgaben
You will be involved at each stage of the software development lifecycle, from helping to assess the feasibility of an identified business requirement, through development, documentation, test, and delivery. This role requires to closely work with various teams located across Switzerland, Germany, Ireland, and India.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the different areas for the Business to understand the requirements.
Collaborate with the Business Unit Leads, PO’s and Program Managers
Work within an Agile environment and assist all parts from grooming through PI planning.
Development of user stories and design solutions to meet the business requirements
Work closely with other development Teams and Architects to solve technical challenges
Conduct code reviews to ensure that customization code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being followed
Conceptual design and implementation of REST-API Micro-Services and data storage structures
Create scalable software systems in a Micro-Service environment
Bring in your own ideas

Qualifikation
Minimum of 5 years of practical experience as backend developer
Minimum Bachelor
Sound knowledge in .NET core framework, GIT, C#, REST API, data storage structures (e.g. SQL, NoSQL)
Knowledge about .NET Framework and C# development experience including experience with REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints
Experience in developing in an Agile / Scrum methodology is required
Working on a senior level: Self-Managed, Self-Motivated, and used to work in different teams and different projects in parallel
JavaScript, HTML design, and development experience
Experience with object-oriented design and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA)
Further Microsoft PowerApp development desired
Test automation / unit testing desired
Knowledge in DevOps and the Azure Cloud
The creation of automated tests is part of your "clean code development"
Team player able to work with internal as well as external development teams in different locations
Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English is a must
