Your tasks:
- Providing proactive and reactive technical information and solutions for onboarding partners including troubleshooting XML price feed and account related issues
- Responding to technical support questions from hotel partners
- Collaborating with Sales, gTech, and Eng to resolve partner problems
- Identifying trends and communicating actionable insights to product stakeholders and sales
Your experience/knowledge:
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and HTTP
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Java, C++ and Python
- A thorough understanding of REST API usage, calls, and troubleshooting
- Competency of working with and managing external partners and customers
Your soft skills:
- Expertise in project management, analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- High commitment to quality, architecture, and documentation
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and work efficiently in a high-paced environment
