Application Specialist - CRM

Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, one of the leading wealth management group, we are looking for a Application Specialist - CRM to bring deep IT expertise for the CRM application within Client & Partner.
This is a long term contract.
Main responsibilities
- Perform daily application management tasks (eg re-occurring maintenance tasks, incident analysis/resolution)
- Provide input for application life cycle planning, definition and management of SLAs/OLAs, planning/implementation of application changes.
- Be the overall incidents, requests and defects manager
- Maintaining an IT Service or infrastructure component (Run-the-Bank)
- Support IT Service Owner in defining and managing OLAs for IT Services (Applications) based on different service level agreements
- Subject matter expert (SME) for CRM application
Your skills:
- Experience in JAVA, Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL
- Strong skills in managing of incidents and in tracking of KPIs and benchmarks
- Experience in application management (life cycle, maintenance, operation)
- Understanding of software development/customization processes
- Highly structured, able to address options and underlying evaluation
- Preferably Subject Matter Expert in his/her area of responsibility:
- Understand, drive Big Picture and Context
- Overview on technology and its developments (markets and client expectations)
- Able to represent topic against management and stakeholders
- Understanding of Client Relationship Management and Client Data Management systems is a plus
- Fluent in German and good English
- Education in computer science (Apprenticeship or FH, Uni/ETH)
