On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Fullstack C# Developer with React experience.
Overview of the project:
- You will join our client's Core development team working for the global Product Distribution franchise, aligned to the Global Trading Solutions business. The platform offers products spanning many asset classes, including Equities, FX, Money Markets and Structured Products, to multiple wealth management divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Work together with business users and members of the development organization to deliver high quality systems that: improve productivity, decrease operational risk, enable the business to expand and make users happy.
- Involved in the design, development, testing, management and support of high quality components, and have the opportunity to shape the future technical direction of the platform.
- Take ownership of requirements and problems and in partnership with development, QA and support colleagues, deliver systems that are easy to use, easy to support and easy to change.
- The platform is a mixed technology stack, with the team interfacing with other systems across the bank.
Skills:
- Over 8 years of fullstack development experience in both C# and Front End technologies
- Solid Design Patterns and OOP
- Solid Experience with Complex UI design & development
- Javascript/Typescript (React.JS, MobX) experience and extensive use of third party libraries
- Solid CSS & HTML (Including Responsive design)
- Solid experience of working with relational databases
- A real passion for Agile working practices and a strong desire to work with baked-in quality disciplines, such as TDD and test automation, and automated delivery pipelines, using frameworks such as Selenium, Mocha etc
- Friendly and collaborative attitude, and a desire to own and resolve issues
- Proven ability to delivering complex systems in a fast paced environment
